It’ll hold 7 quart jars. My old canner would only hold 8 pints. I’m thrilled. And the fact that it’s summer, with all the fresh fruits and vegetables, means I’ll be busy using all it’s shiny new features.

I think I’ve said shiny 22 dozen times. I am fascinated by shiny things. I must be part dog.
